Candles on top of headstones burn bright int he darkness.

On Saturday, November 11, 2017 Meuse-Argonne American Cemetery hosted a luminary event to mark the 99th anniversary of the end of World War I.  As dusk fell at the cemetery, thousands of headstones were lit with candles, creating a powerful image of light overpowering the darkness.

Come to Epinal American Cemetery on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. for the opening ceremony of Faces of Epinal-Dinozé. Poems, biographies of fallen heroes and extracts from their letters will be read during this solemn ceremony. This exhibit will run from May 25 through May 31st.
