Second Lieutenant Walker was awarded the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Korean Presidential Unit Citation and the Republic of Korea War Service Medal.
Notes
Second Lieutenant Walker was the navigator of a B-26B Invader bomber with the 728th Bomber Squadron, 452nd Bomber Wing. On September 25, 1951, his aircraft crashed into the sea three miles southeast of Pusan East (K-9).
