Private First Class Tabellion was awarded the Purple Heart, the Combat Infantryman Badge, the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Korean Presidential Unit Citation and the Republic of Korea War Service Medal.
Notes
Private First Class Tabellion was a member of the 19th Infantry Regiment, 24th Infantry Division. He was seriously wounded by the enemy in South Korea on May 4, 1951 and returned to duty on May 29, 1951. He died of other causes in Korea on August 25, 1951.
