Ensign Neville was the pilot of a F4U-4 Corsair fighter with Fighter Squadron 192 aboard the aircraft carrier USS PRINCETON (CV-37). On October 7, 1952, while participating in close air support, his aircraft was struck by enemy ground fire and crashed.
