Notes

Private First Class Myers was a Heavy Weapons Infantryman with Company H, 2nd Battalion, 35th Infantry Regiment, 25th Infantry Division. He was Killed in Action while fighting the enemy in South Korea on September 5, 1950. His remains were not recovered at the time.

Through the work of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency, the remains of Private First Class Bryan Myers, Jr. were accounted for in 2024. His name is permanently inscribed on the “Courts of the Missing” at the Honolulu Memorial.
