Notes
Major Lilly was a member of the 1st Special Operations Squadron. On April 9, 1971, he was the navigator of a Douglas Attack Skyraider (A-1H) on a mission over Laos, when his aircraft crashed. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
