Notes
Captain Ketchie was a member of the Marine Attack Squadron 224, Marine Attack Group 12, 1st Marine Air Wing. On April 9, 1972, he was the co-pilot of a Grumman Attack Aircraft Intruder (A-6A) on a combat mission over Savannakhet Province, Laos near the Demilitarize Zone, when his aircraft was hit by anti-aircraft fire and crashed. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
