Notes
Sergeant Finnie was a clerk with Company A, 1st Battalion, 32nd Infantry Regiment, 7th Infantry Division. On December 2, 1950, he was badly wounded while fighting a delaying action near Hagaru-ri east of the Chosin Reservoir in North Korea and as he was being carried to safety on a truck when he became missing. He was presumed dead on December 31, 1953. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
