Notes
Commander Dennison was a member of Heavy Photographic Squadron 61, Carrier Air Wing 16 aboard the aircraft carrier USS ORISKANY (CVA-34). On January 1, 1968, he was the pilot of a Douglas Skywarrior Attack Aircraft (RA-3B) on a flight mission from Cubi Naval Air Station to the coast of North Vietnam then to Danang Air Base. When about 20 miles out to sea the aircraft turned southeast that contact was lost. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
