Notes
During the Korean War, Private First Class Castillo was a member of the 11th Medical Battalion, 11th Airborne Division. On January 30, 1952, he was participating in a series of parachutes drops during a joint Army and Air Force operation at Camp Drum, New York. During a practice jump, his parachute collapsed when it was struck by another trooper and he was killed.
