Seaman BoisClaire was a member of Heavy Photographic Squadron 62, U.S. Navy. On August 25, 1967, he was a crewman on a Douglas Skywarrior Attack Aircraft (RA-3B) over North Vietnam when radio contact was lost. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
