Frances Sue Anderson was the stillborn daughter of Naval Ensign Charles Andrew and Jewell Anderson living in Panama. She died on May 16, 1953. She was buried at the Mt. Hope Cemetery then reinterred at the Corozal American Cemetery in 1979.
