Ezra Altizer was born in West Virginia on July 12, 1907. During World War II, he enlisted in the United States Army Air Corps and retired as a Staff Sergeant. After retirement he remained in Panama. He died on January 16, 1973 and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
