Salvadore Aleguas was born in the Philippines on February 25, 1898. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy and was promoted to Musician First Class. After retirement he worked as a U.S. Naval civilian. He died on April 4, 1956. He was buried at the Mt. Hope Cemetery then re-interred at the Corozal American Cemetery in 1979.
