Private George Abdollah was born in Turkey in 1879. He immigrated to the United States and enlisted in the U.S. Army. He served with Company C, 29th Infantry during World War I. He was stationed at Gatun, Canal Zone. He died while on active duty on August 28, 1915 at Gatun and was initially buried in old Section A, old Corozal cemetery. He was reinterred at the Corozal American Cemetery in 1979.
